Some people like the drill, fill and bill style of dentistry, where there is no friendliness or discussion. When you’re our patient, we want to get to know you. Like any friend, we want you to come into our office and get comfortable. Why? We enjoy visiting with you and hope you feel the same. We know it sounds weird to think that someone may enjoy coming to see their dentist, but many of our patients actually do.
That’s why we want to tell you about us – who we are, where we’ve been, and how we can help you. Before you visit our office, you can learn more about us by reading our profiles below.
Office team

|
It’s business as usual with Nancy Ellis, our business administrator. Nancy is also a certified dental assistant and has helped Dr. Keith chairside for 20 years (giving her over 39 awesome years with our practice). This combination of dental and financial smarts makes her a great source of information. Whether you're walking or calling in feel free to ask away! Outside of our office, Nancy is a member of the Dental Assisting National Board. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and Doberman pinscher, although not necessarily in that order.

Another friendly face you’re
likely to meet first is Billie
Jo Neal, our business administrator.
After 15 years with us she knows how to keep
our machine running smoothly and keep us in
line. She enjoys being a smiling face to
greet you as you walk in the door and a
pleasant voice that answers your call.
We think the rest
of her is pretty good too! She is
ready to
answer
your questions about insurance and
billing.
Outside of our Greensboro dental office, she enjoys spending
time with her family.

Dental team
We have a one of a kind dental team. We are a friendly, funny group
that gets along well together. We may spend a lot of time at our dental
office, but that’s because we enjoy spending time together and
time with you.
|
Valerie Ragin is one of our chairside
dental assistants. She traded the cold and dreary
climate of Honolulu, Hawaii to be here. She
must like us because she’s spent the past
eight years working in our practice. With 23
years experience, this akamai (intelligent)
professional has a knack for calming the nerves
of the jitteriest patients. She loves cooking
(and eating), singing, and spending quality
time with family and friends. |
|
|
Tammy Hill is also a chairside dental assistant
and our resident nature woman. When she’s
not enjoying the great outdoors, she is here
in our office assisting the doctors. With 27
years experience in dentistry, she is known
for going out of her way to make sure her patients are comfortable.
When we can keep her indoors, she enjoys cooking and spending
time with her family. |

When you have a question about your teeth, you can always ask
Carla Smith, one of our hygienists,
for her advice. She is a true professional who
keeps up on the latest research. When she can
escape the practice, she loves to spend time
with her family, take long walks or swims (depending
on the weather), read good books, and participate
in church activities. |
|
|
Sandi Miller has over 33 years
of experience as a hygienist. As
our resident athlete, she can strike out plaque,
help you outrun gum disease, and score a goal
for your good dental health. Outside of our
practice and the arena, she enjoys learning
about different languages (Elle est trés
sportif!) and reading. |
|
|
Lora Dombecki has a sixth sense. No, she doesn’t
whisper, “I see dead people,” but
when this detail-oriented hygienist cleans your
teeth, she can see small, practically invisible
cavities that most patients don’t even
realize they have. She has used her exceptional
skills to see Europe while working with Dr.
Liebi in St. Moritz, Switzerland. Ask her about
the skiing. Outside of our practice, she's kept
busy by her six year old and enjoys reading,
swimming, and movies. |
|
|
Joan Weaver, one of our hygienists, bends over backwards
for our patients and it’s not just because she loves yoga. Our patients
always comment on her calm, relaxing presence (must be the meditation).
She has been married for 23 years and has two sons, three cats, and two
dogs. Frankly, we don’t know how she finds spare time with all those
men and animals, but when she does, she enjoys gardening, cooking, walking,
reading, and of course, yoga. |

Dr. David Fisher
 |
As a high school student, David Fisher became interested
in dentistry after spending time hanging out with his own orthodontist.
He attended the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with Bachelor's
of Science in Biology in 1994. He studied dentistry at the University
of North Carolina and received his DDS in 1998. He worked as an
associate at Dr. Keith’s practice until 2001 when he became
a partner. He continues to explore dentistry through a variety
of continuing education courses. |
Dr. Fisher is a member of the American Dental Association, the
Academy of General Dentistry,
and the Guilford County Dental Society. He
donates his time and dentistry skills to people in the community
through the North
Carolina Baptist Men's Association. He has
been married to his wife, Liz, for thirteen years and together
they have three children. He also plays bass guitar in the
band at
Westover
